It’s 10:00 in the morning and the air is abuzz with excitement as participants of the exclusive golf tournament arrive for the second edition of the OMEGA TROPHY PHILIPPINES. Held at the prestigious Sta. The 18-hole game concluded with an Awarding Ceremony at Sta. Elena’s Lakehall – a beautiful space that served as a fitting backdrop to celebrate everyone’s day on the course. Winners from the Men’s and Ladies’ categories took home specially crafted trophies by Filipino-American visual artist, Jefre – known for his outstanding public pieces such as The Victor in Bridgetown and the shiny statue in Megamall called The Time.
More notably, the overall winners were able to take home signature timepieces from OMEGA. Ritz Azul was claimed as the Overall Ladies Champion and was gifted with the Omega De Ville TRESÓR 39 mm, steel on leather strap; while Derek Ramsey was able to receive the Seamaster Aqua Terra 150meters 41 millimeters, steel on steel as the Overall Lowest Gross Champion for this year’s prestigious tournament.
